Because the quality of work I produce is mostly digital, all sales are final. This applies if you have purchased a digital product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom made items like layouts, crochet pieces, custom creations, they can’t be returned.
To finish your return, we need a receipt or proof of buy.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Like damage, or loss.
